Should i try dating him?

There's this guy who came to my school last year, and right away everyone said that we would look cute together. I was not in any way attracted to him and he wasn't attracted to me either, so I ignored their comments and became a good friend of his....

When my school closed down, he and I actually transferred to the same school. We have become great friends, but people still say we would look cute and be good together. I've tried to imagine him as my boyfriend, but I can only think of him as a friend. One of my friends says that he likes me now. I can't ever imagine him hurting me (emotionally or physically), and we really do have a lot in common. Plus, he is a great guy. I guess I'm asking if anyone thinks I should ever go out with him... I would never want to lose our friendship, but maybe we should go out. ??? I just don't know how to handle it... Thanks.

Not if you don't feel attracted to him in any way..?

Dont force yourself to do something your just not feeling, just because everyone else thinks you should. Maybe sometime down the road your feelings might change, but for now, just stay friends.

If you dont like him . Then is it really fair on him?
Maybe your friendship isnt worth risking.
Doubts are that this is going to last forever if you arent atrracted to him.
So why break a really good friendship for that.
I say you should stay friends.
But its really up to you.
