I am like best friends with this guy but he is always talking to me and like telling me secreats (sp) nuging me sitting by me urg I dont like him what do I tell him to get him off my back

why would you want to if you are best friends with him? he probably likes you
Tell him you dont like him in any kind of boyfriend way you only like him as a friend and you just want to be friends with him. And even if he does like you and want to be with you , you dont like him like that so you shouldnt be in a relationship with someone who you dont like ,like that or someone who you dont think you can love. hope this helps
