A big butt or boobs or a nice hard body makes you hot. Of course you have to have a good face to be considered for hot too.

Slim body. Nice shiny straight hair. Big boobs. Cute face. Nice legs. Basically if you are skinny and hot you should wear a small skirt or shorts or something like that. Also wear something that exposes your midriffs. I'm not in High School anymore but I just graduated about a year ago. If you are hot usually all you have to do is wear tight short clothing and that usually turns guys on.
