Cook dinner for her. Clean up around the house. Buy her a picture frame and put a good picture of you and her in it.

That's enough to take her out to a nice place to eat - maybe make a personalized card to give her at the table (often that means the most)...have a great time !!

What I do doesn't cost me a thing, unless you don't have a pen/pencil and paper. I write a poem for her and she loves them!!! If your not poetic try art. Anything your good at will probably make her feel good. Get CREATIVE!!! Hope I helped, tell your mom Happy Birthday 4 me!!! LOL!!! :D
