What color hair brings out blue eyes?

I have blue eyes and I really want them to show out more? Like lighter hair or darker hair a certain color?

I think darker hair honestly makes blue eyes more noticeable. at least to me- it's gorgeous!

I think Lighter hair.
the lighter the more intense.
