drink lot's of water, good water though. If you don't have a reverse osmosis at your sink by Aquafina, drink your 8 oz's a day. Before bed, drink some hot tea with honey and lemon and make sure you go STRAIGHT to bed. Lot's of rest. Hard at your age I know.
And I agree with rainsaint. Homemade Chicken Noodle it can't hurt.
