What can i do to stop crying?

I am going to meet the jonas brothers again.. But last time I meet them.. I like.. Had a major break down adn started crying and was completely speachless!! So im meeting them again this tuesday... How can I control myself?? Haha. I literally cant help...

They mean so much to me that it is unexplainable how I feel when I actually get to meet them.. It really is an honor... So much of an honor that I just cant handle it!!

umm... get all your crying out before you meet them, just breath, and force the word out! were are u meeting them anyways?

when I meet certain people that mean a lot to me, I just take a deep breath. I mean... there's nothing you can do from stopping your feelings. Just go with the flow. If you cry you cry. It's not a total big deal. Hope you have fun!

just take deep breaths. before you talk, like when you see them walk into the room, think about what your going to say. like the 2 people above me said, if you cry you cry. sometimes you really cant control that..but to try and prevent it just breathe.take a couple deep breaths and relax. they are normal people just like us! so try and take the conversation slow. say hey! and talk to them like you would any of your friends.

They'll like you better if you're not crying. Just be chill about it, that's what I do and the artists respond well and usually hug and talk to you a bit.

haha well I cryed... but I didnt meet them but I was overwhelmed at the conert adn I just broke down. as soon as they came out I was on my knees crying.. hahahahahah

im seein them next month too so well see how that goes
