Tell her you love her EVERYDAY, buy her flowers or other little gifts just because, take her out to dinner, find a song *or more than one song* and make it your song or your songs, etc...

When your anniversary comes up, tell her that when you started dating her, there was another woman that was interested in you, but you chose to stay with this one. Tell her If I was choosing today all over again, I'd still pick you.

When you or her get home give her a kiss and tell her how much you love her sit or lay her down ask her if she needs anything before you bath her and prepare any meal she would like to eat .After that ask her if she would like to be touched if yes start with the feet ending at the top of the head total massaging her whole body is important.After this just tell her how much you love her and today is the day you are showning some apperciation .
