What are the best ways to get super healthy hair?

prepare my hair for the bleaching process? What are other ways to prepare my hair? I need something easy to find, super cheap (like five bucks or less) or home remedies that work wonders. Thanks a lot.

My advice, DONT BLEACH IT!! If you had thiner hair, your hair would absorb it better, but because your hair type is thick, it will go ginger.

Please remember that bleaching hair really badly damages hair. If you go through all the effort of getting your hair healthy, it would just be a complete waste of time to bleach it.

Also, all comercial shampoos are detergent based, and so they aren't really that good for your hair. I would sugest go and talk to your local hairdresser and find out from them what would work for your hair.

Bleaching it will fry your hair. You may be satisfied with your bleached hair in a few weeks. But in a few years, while you're holding your burnt-out, lifeless locks in your hands with tears streaming down your cheeks (lol) , you're going to regret doing it!

If you leave near a Fiesta salon they do deep condintioning treatments that do wonders, I do them all the time after I bleach my hair and they're only twelve dollars, I know you want something like 5 or less but it's worth it.
