What are some country songs for altos?

I'm planning on auditioning for our school's varsity show choir. I have almost everything I need to be prepared for this in a few weeks. I just need to choose a song for the finals (if I make it). I'm not sure what to sing!! I'm a good alto and love...

country music. I think that today's country bests suits my voice. I've been told I have a small Texan accent and my favorite artists are Rascal Flatts, Carrie Underwood, and Shania Twain... if this helps at all.

So do you guys have any suggestions on country songs that show off an alto's voice?? I just need 16 measures, and it has to be GREAT. I've been thinking about the beginning of Inside Your Heaven by Carrie Underwood, but fast songs are always fun and show more of my spunky personality. If you know of a song that you think suits me that's not country... that's okay suggest it anyway!!

I have the same problem I am a teenaged girl and have a fairly low voice. Every song that I try to sing starts out good but then twords the chorus it stars to get really high. This happens a lot in country songs which are my favorite genra of songs. But a song that I really like that is not to high for me is carrie underwoods cover of So Small which was done originaly by Motley Crew. Listen to this song, it might be right for you.
