16 ounces salsa, divided
2 cups shredded colby-monterey jack cheese, blend divided

My kids and I just made meatloaf parmigiana with spaghetti for dinner.
1 lb hamburger
1 egg
1/4 cup mozz. cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 t garlic powder
1 t Italian seasoning
Mix and form into egg shapes (only little bigger). Fry in pan (like a hamburger). When cooked through pour 1 cup spaghetti sauce over top, flip meat loaves to coat. Heat through, before serving put more mozz. cheese on meat loaves and melt.
Serve with spaghetti.
My kids not only love helping to make it but they actually eat it.
