I was wondering what age you should switch from formula to cows milk

Not until the child is a year old...and even then, it's whole milk, not partly skim.

I would say a year but only if the child eats well on solid food remember powder milk as everything the child needs ie vitamins protein and iron as of cow's milk has none thas is why the child/children should eat well on solid food before you change the milk

yes at least a year is right maybe even later just to be sure. but make sure you use WHOLE MILK.
