How can I get a real cheap laptop and a semi good one for less than 30 bucks?

Less then 30? I'd say the cheapest would be like 100 bucks... I got mine for $499. I don't think you'll find one, sorry. --.-- Unless you look in a garage sale...

I am sorry but, for less than 30 dollars you will not find a decent laptop.

You can go on eBay but, you have to make sure they work, have enough ram, etc. As far as your hard drive, you can upgrade easily. I did mine.

Umm... I'm guessing the cheapest decent one is lilke, 400, maybe! Good/really nice laptops are about 1,000+.. so it ain't going to happen..

Not going to happen...you can't even get a casing for a laptop (with nothing inside) for that price. The harddrive itself is over a hundred bucks, and that's for a crappy one. The cheapest laptop that will actually do anything is a few hundred bucks.

steal it, but leave the thirty bucks in it's place, so you feel justified.
