red meats and up the vitamen C as it aids iron absorbtion. Its really good to eat fruit before you eat red meat. Meats with the highest iron are things like kidney which I think are pretty disgusting but if you dont mind the taste (or could disguise it...) that could be helpful. Otherwise, beef and lamb ect.
