Weight loss with results
I need to loose weight. No, I'm not excactly overweight, nor would I be the person who mean girls laugh about 'cause she's fat. However, my bmi is at the higher end of still being okay. That and I'm extremely unfit. I can't even run a mile. So I guess...
it's more of two goals: loosing weight and getting fit. here's my problem: I've tried to loose weight and get fit before, but I just kinda lost the (I'm not sure if this is the right word for it) inspiration. I had been limmitting the unhealthy food and excersizing for 15 days, but didn't loose a single pound (infact I actually gained some), and then I just gave up. I don't need to loose a lot of weight, but I do want to get results quickly.
How do I loose about 10 pounds, quickly and while still being healthy, and not loose interest?
