Weight loss with results

I need to loose weight. No, I'm not excactly overweight, nor would I be the person who mean girls laugh about 'cause she's fat. However, my bmi is at the higher end of still being okay. That and I'm extremely unfit. I can't even run a mile. So I guess...

it's more of two goals: loosing weight and getting fit. here's my problem: I've tried to loose weight and get fit before, but I just kinda lost the (I'm not sure if this is the right word for it) inspiration. I had been limmitting the unhealthy food and excersizing for 15 days, but didn't loose a single pound (infact I actually gained some), and then I just gave up. I don't need to loose a lot of weight, but I do want to get results quickly.

How do I loose about 10 pounds, quickly and while still being healthy, and not loose interest?

you should consume 1200 calories a day to lose weight
at least 1-2lbs a week
then with exercise you can lose more
try to exercise for 1 hour everyday
it dont matter what you do just exercise and break a sweat
running is a good exercise

You gained weight because you consumed more calories than you expended and possibly because exercise increased your muscle mass (a good thing because this increases your metabolic rate). I've used this website to check exactly how may calories I need https://www.purelifestyle.co.uk/Calculators.aspx?idx=3 (I also use their other tools to control my calorie consumption) =)
