Weight for a 15 year old?

For the weight charts are they like the average or what is healthy for you? or like both?
and whats the average for a 15 who is 5'6 I am 95 pounds, do you guys know a VERY accurate weight for 5'6 and 15. thanks!

im positive thats underweight, you need to put on a couple punds before you break.

ther is no such thing as a very accurate weight for 5'6... all we can do is give you a range, and it will be a broad range, even a couple of pounds over or under may not mean much as it depends on body structure, muscle mass etc...

at 95 pounds you're hitting a BMI of 15.3 which is in the anorexic range (15 is starvation)

A healthy weight should be around 115-155

I would guess your weight should be between 115 and 130 pounds. As an adult woman, your weight for that height would be between 117 and 143 pounds.

You should be about 113 lbs. I am the same age/height, and I weigh 110, which is barely healthy.
