your not over weight.

Your Body Mass Index is 23.40

If you use a BMI or body mass indicator, you can calculate it yourself.

You don't need to do anything with your weight. YOU ARE FINE HOW YOU ARE!!!! I'm 5'4 and 1/2 and I weigh 115, but people tell me to gain weight. I personally think that people who tell you to change your body are on crack!!!

You are about 10 lbs overweight. I am also 5'6, we should be no more than 135 lbs, really. Seriously, I wouldn't worry about losing weight, I'd just maintain where you are--cut down on junk food during the week and allow yourself more fun (not boatloads of it) on the weekend.

It is important to keep healthy and fit. It's not about changing your body to fit into other people's mold of what you should look like. It's about being healthy and learning how to eat healthy to avoid excessive weight gain as you get older and to avoid diabetes type 2 and heart disease and obesity. It's a horrible epidemic in this country and you need to keep control of your weight throughout your life, not just now in your teens.

Keep sugars at almost zero. Keep refined carbohydrates (breads, pastas, potatos) low and moderate in consumption and take up an exercise. Youll be fine.

The question shouldn't be are you overweight but is your weight healthy? One of the best indicators of whether you're at a healthy weight is how much of your bulk is fat. While between 20 and 31 percent is considered a normal range for women, an ideal level for fitness (and looking fit) is around 21 percent. The best way to measure body fat is with calibration tools - either old fashioned skin-pinching calipers or more sensitive bioelectrical impedance analysis machines, which use electrical currents to measure body fat.

If your waist is over 33 inches and you can pinch 2 inches of fat, you need to lose at least 10 lbs. If you can pinch 1 inch, you need to lose 5 lbs.

Now take all of that into mind.

using some simple calculations based on your height and weight heres some info-

Currently you must burn 1595 calories a day to maintain a weight of 145

Your resting metabolic rate( rate of calorie burn when you factor in your daily activities)
is 2552

Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 23.40

Your body fat percentage is 25.9% (so you are in a normal range)

So about 37 1/2 lbs you carry is fat

You should seek to lose about 6 or 7 lbs to be at a healthy weight. You are not overweight but you are a little off from a fit and healthy weight.

A target weight for you is about 138lbs
