Drink ice cold water when you wake up, it makes you 'produce' your food quicker
Eat THREE medium sized portions a day, don't crave in on pepsi drink water or fruit juice.
Exercise atleast 3-4 times a week for an hour.

To lose weight healthfully, you have to count calories to make sure you're not eating too much OR too little as eating too few calories can make you think you're losing weight but really you'll be losing just water weight or muscle mass. For girls you shouldn't eat less than 1200 calories a day. 1500 to 1700 is ideal for nice steady weight loss if you exercise every day. For exercise do any type of cardio at least three times a week for an hour, walking/running/swimming/aerobics and strength training at least two days on the opposite days you do cardio. Drink at least three liters of water a day, always a few glasses before you workout, during your workout and after your workout as you lose about a quart of water from exercise a day. Don't drink anything but water, coffee with little to no sugar, and at most 1-2 glasses of red wine a day. Fruit juice has too many calories. Eat fruit instead. It will fill you up, satisfy your sweet tooth and use up calories to digest it. Eat more vegetables. Eat a salad for lunch with some veggies, a little cheese and a tiny bit of meat (you can do red or pork but if you do don't do very much, no more than 4 ounce cuts.) Eat fish or light seafood broiled or baked with a little olive oil. I went from 142 last week to 137.4 this week by following this plan. It's healthy, makes good sense and it works. My goal weight is 125 and I'm confident I'll get there the right way with this plan. Good luck!
