Ways to take out my anger?

I am getting so pissed off just lately, I have really bad bruised knuckles from punching walls and stuff because I just get so angry, its really hard to put pressure on my hand now. I need other ways to get out my anger, and don't just say breathe in...

and out 5 times because it really doesn't help. Haha.

okay have you ever tried to get a stress ball I know its for stress but hey it work for me for when im angry FYI: just don`t try to bite it

get a punching bag and take your anger out on that. or, get one of your pillows, picture someone's face on there (someone you hate), and punch it over and over.

get into a fighting class.
I used to have horrible anger issues
which resulted in a few asult charges
martial arts, MMA, Boxing anything like that really does help.

Go to the gym and then you will get good results from your anger.

Try talking to someone to let out steam.
I know that seems to help for me. Or, if you're able to go to the gym as one person mentioned, you could see if they have punching tools for you to use.

What you could try to do is Sit down take 10 deeps breath's if not yet calm then find somthing soft(not a person!) and start punching it e.g a pillow.
Or if that don't help get anger managment they give some excellent tips and advice...

I had anger managment so I should know.
