Good reasons for getting my nose pierced?

ok...my dad says he might let me pierce my nose if I give him some good things about it, and I REALLY want my nose pierced. and by the way, dus it matter wich side its on? I heard that if it was on like the right side you were gay/lez. is that true?
anyway, help!

Just go buy a nose stud and show him how small it is.

well, I have my nose pierced an I think it looks hot I've had it done for 7 years now, I always wear a rign in my nose, I dont think there is any good reason 2 get it done apaprt from you want it done, im lucky because my mum is very laid back an she lets me do what I want, she let me get me nose pierced when I was 12, so yer umm just because you want it done lol x
