its called FAT! And even then you cant control where the fat will go. There are no magical breast growing remidies, sorry

There arent any vitamins that'll make them grow. They'll either grow with you, or when you're done growing or if you're done growing they'll stop...that's how it goes. Boobs are fat like jaes said, and we can't control where that's going to g o.

at YOUR age you should KNOW that vitamins, diests, pills, food , exerscse, ect
NONE of that crap is going to make your breasts grow
NO diets or excercise will make them any bigger
the ONLY thngs that mkae your breatsa bigger are
puberty
but at your age your done going through that
surgery
which can leave them lookng fake and hard
pregnancy
which isnt permanent and they will sag later on
and gaining weight
but to make them bigger you need to gain weight ALL over your body
again
NO pills, creams, exerscise, foods or diets will make them any bigger
try to learn more about your body and what it is and isnt capable of doing

Actually there are certain exercises with the dumbells in your arms to do that can help increase them(although much of your chest is fat, there is muscles in it so despite what others say excercise can work if you do it right), but not by much. Check some websites for help and maybe even magazines cause Redbook had something about it. I wouldn't suggest gaining weight to increase your breast, because chances are your stomach and hips will increase too.
