I've Been A Vegatarian For Not So Long Now..Like 5 Months But I Was Wondering What Are Some Yummy Vegatarian Dish's Besdies Tofu(Which Is Way Good)..?

well, I too, am a veggi. I love fresh fruits. but meals, you should have things like Grilled cabbage salad, or vegi-chilli. it is so GOOD

Hi, there are loads of vegetarian dishes that are out of this world,. Because you don't use oils, butters . . . the clean up is a snap!

I make a killer veggie meat loaf that has fooled a Texas cattle rancher (my uncle).

My husband makes a KILLER bbq with tofu. You take the firm tofu, cut it into strips, narrower than a french fry, place them on a baking sheet lined with alum. foil, baste with bbq sauce, and slow bake them. 300 degrees. turn occasionaly and rebaste. tastes like bbq and looks like bbq. It is really good.
Also veggie pizza is always great. If you saute your veggies first, they won't make your pizza soggy.

I forgot to add that you leave them in the oven until they are very firm. taste test, it will feel as if you are biting meat.
