Vacation in mexico

im thinking about going on vacation with a few of my girlfriends. I'm looking towards mexico. what areas of mexico are fun yet not too hectic and juvenile like cancun. I want a place with great scenery, activities but still ensured to have a great time. any part of mexico will be fine

A couple of friends of mine went to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and were thrilled with their experience. It has great views and may not be as populated as cancun. Research it, maybe it'll pull you in.
