Everything is possible.
If you think there will be major conflicts about something specific (ex.: like teaching religion to your future children) then you should both find a solution that suits both of you. Tolerance is very important when beliefs differ. This means that both of you will have accept each others differences and avoid getting into arguments over who is right. Talk about it together and see if you can live with each others differences.

If either of them is extremely religious, the answer is no. There will be conflicts and it's better to marry someone with the same beliefs.

The Nation of Islam regards Elijah Mohamed as a Prophet, while all orthodox sects, Sha'fite, Hanafite, Malikite and Hambalite as well as the Shiites agree that accepting The Prophet Muhammad, son of Abdullah as the seal of all prophets. Thus any Muslim from among them would regard the Nation of Islam as not Muslim and in the same category as the Baha'ists, Qadianists and Ahmadis. Of course you can marry anyone you choose, regardless of what they believe, but first you need to realize that your different beliefs may be harmful to your relationship if not discussed and resolved at an early stage.
