How can I stop my breasts from hurting? Please don't tell me WHY, I know: PMS. But is there a way to lessen the pain?

uhhh..rub them ? D= I no that sounds wrong..but gently rubbing them might make em feel better...or put a warm cloth on them?

if they are burning and stinging then put some vaseline on the tips of them. trust me it works
