I don t know if thats the best way to go about losing weight.

I think to gain weight you eat a small breakfast and a big dinner and losing weight is the other way around.

Hope I could be some help to you.

it was bad, very bad
what your doing is starving yourself
its unhealthy to just eat one meal a day
to loose weight healthily you need to eat all your meals
starving yourself will just weaken your health and body
and make you gain all the weight back and then some
do yourself and your body a favour and start eating your regular amount of meals
(at least 3 a day)

It all depends on 1. how much calories you need, and 2. how much calories you eat.

The first depends on your genes (body type). How to find out how much calories you need? Ask your family doctor, I think he can help you with it.

The second depends on your habbits. And you can change your habbits!

Some ideas:
*instead to eat cornflakes, eat muesli.
*instead to eat candy, eat cherries, grapes, bananas.
*instead to drink soda, drink water.

General: If you do less, eat less. If you do more, eat more.

Hope it helped. happy
