Trying to conceive

I tried to conceive 4 days ago and I know that a girl has to have some cervix mucus so that the sperm can travel up while the cervix is open well I have no signs of the mucus now could I still have gotten pregnant? or is there no chance that I was able to conceive because of my dryness.

If you're trying to get pregnant, then the best way to make sure it worked is to practice, etc. to be sure you are (or not) best advice is to use one of those home pregnancy things, then talk to the doctor for confirmation. Good luck.
