Is he pushing away because of money or something else?

Me and my boyfriend haven't been together long but everything has been good until last week when he told me he was getting evicted. All and fair enough its hard to find that out but since then he has been pushing me away .... every time I called him he was with mates or 'busy' I dunno if he actually means that or if he's just trying to get me off his back,,,,,,,, and 2 day he talked to me saying that he cant go to my formal because he cant afford it (because hes struggling for money and family problems) I got very upset because he knew how much it meant to me but fair enuff ... and now I feel like he doesn't care for as much .. like he had all these cute nicknames about me on msn and then he took it all off .... and then when I asked him if he wanted to be with me and all he answered with I dunno but then I called him because I got frightened of losing him and although he seemed frustrated he said he loved me and didn't want to break up and was coming to see me in a few days ...... I'm sooo confused. Is he seriously down or he doesn't seem to be happy with me?

I mean getting evicted iz tuff and puts a lot of stress on you and eve ryone around you it could be thats hes down see me im selfish something like that id proably break up wit the guy for only because I been thru i6t before and when it happened the guy got to wrapped in his problems im not saying that thats how that guy is because I dont know him just watch out and dont get hurt I know its hard but back away a lil let him go thru what hes going thru and then take it from there

he's prob going throughy a hard time & don't know how to deal w/ it ! so he gets frustrated a lot but he needs a girlfriend who is there to support him!!! I wouldn't worry especially if he says he loves u!!!!

Sounds like he is going through a rough time at the moment, and just needs some support and friends around him to help keep his mind off things. I dont think he is trying to hurt you on purpose but I do agree that this stress has made him distant from you. See what happens in a few days when he comes to see you, see what he is like towards you.
