No thats not cheating. He didnt speak to you for 2 weeks so you are broken up! he wants you back all of the sudden but you dont want to becos your waiting on someone else. If you dont wanna go back out with your ex then dont, and if he is going to be immature about it and not be your friend thats his problem not yours, but he will get over it eventually.

If you want to keep on two men's attention do it..it is better than no attention..
