You can attach it via email, or if you have bluetooth, transfer it that way with some software setup on your computer.

Or if your phone has a USB, you can use that.

If your phone has a memory card, you can also physically remove the card from your phone and put it into a card reader.

alright go to your messages ... send a multimedia message.. or picture message what ever it says..

then type in your email ... wait about 2 mins... and grab it from your emaill
