Asked by lovelyxdream about 1 year ago, 2 answers.

I just got a new MacBook, and I'm trying to find a way to transfer the music from my iPod to my Mac. I just moved overseas so it'll be awhile before my old computer comes, and I would really like to transfer the music I have now onto my Mac. Plus, my...

other computer is a PC. I've tried some programs, but nothing has really worked for me yet. If anyone has any advice on how to do this, it would be greatly appreciated; thanks!

Transferring music from an iPod to a computer is tricky- when you put it on your iPod, it strips the ID3 tags. The idea was that you can put music on but not take it off.

There are various patches that you can download to combat this, however, I'm unsure how effective they are.

Try this iPod to PC Transfer for Mac program. It is powerful that you can easily use it to transfer iPod video, iPod music, podcast and TV shows from your iPod or iPhone to Mac.It features the function of editing playlist on iPod/iPhone. You can create, rename and delete a playlist.
