well to an extent that is correct. but it can be very dangerous if your not careful. and I do not know your weight and size, and your lifting capability, so I would not be able to tell you if it would be dangerous for you to wear. thats where a doctor comes to play. ask you doctor, they may tell you, or refer you to someone. a local gym could help you to. be safe. good luck!
I've heard this can cause joint problems, but I'm no expert on that. Why not just do ordinary weight training?
Answer this Question: "Training weights?"

Training weights?
Sorry I have to re-ask this question because funadvice went whack on the previous one but any ways here's my question
Ok So I was wondering what would be the side effects of training with weights like 5 or 10 lb weights on each leg and arm?
I thought that if you train like that do daily excercises and keep'em for a long time that eventually when you take them off later on that you'd feel the gravity lighter and be able to do things with more ease...So I'm wondering if what I'm thinking is correct so is it?
And what would be the positive and negative effects of training with those kind of weights.
