Tips for learning to have a better work, life balance
I hate to call it a resolution but my goal for the year is to have a better work and life balance. So far, despite peer pressure at work, I've been succeeding.
Here's the short list:
1) leave at 5 - if it's that urgent, I do it first, and if it's...
not that urgent, I can finish in the morning.
2) wake up when the kids do, which means sleeping earlier.
3) play, have fun, and leave work, at work.
What's your secret if you have one to having a better work life balance? Any tips to share for those of us trying to learn to do it better?
