This is the cause of the current war in iraq

I need quotes from President Bush as proof that he used propaganda to initiate the current war in Iraq.

You want quotes from only president Bush? How about congress who had the same information that he had who also voted in favor of the war? Or the UN who gave him the information? Or do you want propaganda that you believe that the president some how has the ability to go to war against the approval of congress?

In my essay I am specifically targeting Bush, but actually any of those would work.

Wow, propaganda to initiate the war in Iraq ? Please for some of us go ask the teacher is she teaching history, or demagoguery,: I'm not a Bush fanatic, but this is just a little over the top.

If you think Bush didn't use propaganda, than you are a Bush fanatic. The evidence in clear.

Some bush lies:

We’re concerned that Iraq is exploring ways of using these UAVS for missions targeting the United States.”

You remember when Colin Powell stood up in front of the world, and he said, Iraq has got laboratories, mobile labs to build biological weapons. They’re illegal. “We have sources that tell us that Saddam Hussein recently authorized Iraqi field commanders to use chemical weapons — the very weapons the dictator tells us he does not have.”

“Intelligence gathered by this and other governments leaves no doubt that the Iraq regime continues to possess and conceal some of the most lethal weapons ever devised.”

These quotes do no reflect someone who was just wrong. These were lies. They knew there was no proof of a nuclear program. They knew there was no evidence of cheimcal and biological weapons. They LIED!

Just reading the downing street memo alone proves it.

Jimahl, it came down to the same information that everyone in Washington had at the same time. Powell would have seen the evidence prior to saying that. Go lynch the CIA. You note how there have been no joint committees to investigate the lies. Would the liberals and other Dems have stood for the lies without trying to oust Bush. It was cured when the Clinton apponted Director resigned.

No instead they instituted the Bush lied, people died campaign. Hope you have this notify me for new advice punched.

I did not monday morning quarterback anything. I heard and believed predictions about what would happen if we invaded, and it all has come true.

If you don't understand how the intelligence community works, I suggest you go and find out. The info was cherry picked. Just explain to me how you can say it wasn't given what was said in the downing street memos. It is the most glaring example. And why did Bush include the 16 words in hid SOTU address, when they new the nigier/yellowcake claim was false?

Just deal with those 2 issues. And be specific. Have you ever actually read the downing street memo? Or have you ever actual looked at the sequence of events surrounding Niger/yellowcake issue?
