Thick hair to thin hair

I have very think hair that a little past my sholders and layered, but its still extremely thick, I would like to wear it down without having to straighten it everytime. so I was thinking about getting it thinned. I also would still like to b able to put...

it in a hair tie what does this mean exactly? will my hair be all different lengths and b choppy or is it like layers? thank u!

getting your hair thinned is pretty much your hair stylest takeingg a razorr to your layers and thinningg them juss as it soundds I've gotten my hairr thinned serveral timess. if its donee rightt there shouldd not be a lengthh differenceee.
btw layerrs makee your hairr thinkerr.
