How can i get over the flu faster?

I have this Flu i can't seem to shake for two weeks. Any ideas?

What I do when I'm sick is drink lots of fluids. Make sure you have lots of hot soup. Another thing that works great, although it sounds a little weird, is drinking hot ginger ale. Microwave your ginger ale in a microwave-safe mug then stir out all the bubbles and drink. Here's a site that might help (and if it doesn't at least it gives you something to do).

P.S for future refernce I advise getting the flu shot, it weakens the cold so it doesn't last very long.

See a doctor to make sure it's just the flu. Flu can also cause other problems that make you fell sick longer, so your doc could help you with those. You may need an antibiotic.
