It really depends on the plan you have...eg, if you have unlimited texting, it won't matter if it's long distance or not...international is another issue though.

I dont think so.
I have verizon and it doesn't cost me more.
But, the people I text that are long distance
both have verizon too so that might have
somthing to do with it. Just depends on your
plan/service. happy
