time being but if it started to hurt a lot more, I should come it again. I want to but money is really tight right now for my family and I don't want them to pay someone just to tell me I'm fine. What should I do?

I think you should call the doctor to let them know it's not improving and it's getting worse - you have the right to demand something be done about it. It's not fair that you have to pay money to go there and they do nothing about it.
