Telling my neice she has a sister

okay so in feburary my sister had another baby.
She showed up drunk to givr birth
And she denied its even hers
She denied that the fathers the father and she lied toour whole family about it.
She doesn't want anything to do with the kid.
The baby is 4...

months now and is adorable.
The worst think is that my sister won't even tell her own daughter she has a sister.
But sooner or later I want to show and tell my neice her.
How should I break it to her and stuff?
Please help.! She's only 6.

Showed up drunk to give birth. I know CPS had to been involved because thats considered abuse. Im glad to hear that the child is 6 and hopefull doing well.

I dont think you should tell her yet shes still very young. Let her know when shes 12 or 13. This is a very touch subject so when you do it let her know very easy. This puts you in a bit of a tight spot because im sure your sister will not be pleased with you after words . Im very glad to know that the baby is doing well. But think over what you are doing . Don't wait! She'll resent you at 12 or 13 tell her when you think it's the right time but don't wait until she's a turbulent and hotheaded teen!

yeah I dont think you should tell your neice just yet. shes only 6 and wont fully understand. where is the baby now? no offence but I dont think your sister is a very good mother. I think you should talk to your sister about it. if the 6 year old dosent know about the 4 month old does that mean they dont live together?
