I'm considering going for teeth whitening. Which procedure is the best?

1. Laser whitening
2. Home self bleaching kits
3. A machine that enhances teeth colour

Oh and is laser whitening safe?

I think laser whitening would probley work the best. I cant see it being harmful either, I could be wrong though.
