How can I tell my parents that I'm pregnant with 6 babies?

Hi, I am almost 16 years old. I haven't told my parents that I am pregnant with 6 babies on the way. What am I supposed to do? I am really scared about going into labor. I am also scared about my pregnancy. What am I supposed to do?
