Can I have some facts about tea and coffee? Overall, which one is better for you or do they both have the same amount of advantages/disadvantages?

Tea has a lot more advantages than coffee. It usually has less caffeine than coffee and it also contains antioxidants that are good for your body. Coffee is good in moderate quantities but you have to drink a lot of tea before it harms you.

Coffee is for puritan protestant timekeepers, tea is for anarchic intelllectuals catholics and atheists. Ergo a tea-drinker am I.

I think coffee , because I actualy read in a magazine the other day on health and it said coffee boosts your metabolism which causes you too burn more calories to lose weight , but too much coffee is not good because it stains your teeth and then youll end up like some people , if you dont have a cup every morning , you will get sick . like addicted aha .
