here is an example. when i turn 18 im gonna get a rose tattoo. above it i wanna get the word mom and underneath it i wanna get the words leona ellen stevens may 12,1952 - january 5, 1994. cause my mom died when i was little and i miss her alot. i think that would be a meaningful tattoo for me. does that help you any? hope so...

i have a tatto of my granny one of my sister and one of my cousin all who have died. my sister when i was little my granny when i was in HS and my cousin who served in IRAQ with me. so all of those are meaningful tattoos cause they mean the world to me

I have two tattoos one is in remembrance of my uncle who died 4 years ago it's a cross and it says only god can judge me and that is pretty much how he lived his life and that's an ideal he bestowed in me. I also have one of a sun and moon combo on my ribs that says born to Overcome except in polish. It is a reminder that I'ce oversome sooo much in my life socially, academically, athletically, and with cutting and other things. I got it on my ribs because that is the most painful place to get it so with the idea of born to overcome behind it it had to be on the ribs.
