Does it hurt to use tampons?

Does it hurt to use tampons? I hate using pads but I'm really scared to put a tampon up there. Any advice or tips?

Tampons do not hurt, your body can accept a manblush, but true and even birth a baby, so something as small as your index finger should not hurt you at all. Plus, it is more convienient to use them, you can swim, move better and not be hindered by a weird diaper feeling. A tampon ios a blessing, just go buy a box, read the instructions that come inside the box, or ask an odler friend. DO NOT be embarassed, it is a woman` s natural course, so just ask. ALL women are in the same boat as you.

well,theres nothing to be scared of were you put the tampon is were the period comes out for me its uncomfotable but what you have to do is what you have to do so dont be scared its fine

No. Tampons do not hurt. I understand that you're scared. I was really freaked out when I had to first use them. You should use the smalled kind you can get, and read the instructions. I promise you, it's so much more comfortable than pads. Hope this helped.

hahaha, don't worrie I thought the same thing to. Tampons do not hurt and they should not. If it does hurt it means your not sticking it in far enough as gross as that sounds. It may feel funny at first but after a hour or two you won't notice it good luck!

like I had it all the way in and it hurt to walk and sit and everything
but I only had it in for an hour.
and I havent ever had sex before.

There hould be nothing to be scared of but just make sure you put it in the right hole!!! And I am saying this because a friend called me up one day and said why does this hurt som much I think I did it wrong and I saidyou did, where'd you put it? and I shouldn't have asked that I tried to not laugh. And try to put it in as straight as you can and it shouldn't hurt

Its nothing to be scared of every girl goes through it...it wont hurt it you put it in right...but most people say its hurts the first couple of times because there not putting them in right...good luck

I's not supposed to hurt. For me they're just uncomfortable, so I only use pads.

but if it's in the whole way and it hurts you better just use a pad 'till your ready again
