Skyscraper height to be seen from anywhere on earth?

How tall would a Skyscraper have to be to be seen from anywhere on the planet Earth? If somebody built a skyscrapaer on lets say Asia, how tall would it have to be in order to be seen with out binoculars or a telescope from California? How tall would the tower have to be to be seen with the naked eye on the other side of the world? Any suggestions? Thank You.

Flat earther?

If it was exactly on the opposite side of the world it wouldnt matter how tall it was; it couldnt be seen because the earth is round and the circumferential horizon would block its view.
