Switching from vista to xp?

How can I switch a windows vista to a windows xp like where online for free can I find the downloads necessary to do this?
And also before I might make a mistake which system is better? Xp or Vista?

I think xp is better but its a personal choice. It depends how much memory you have on your computer because I have heard that vista takes up a lot. IM no pro but I just bought a new lap top I do have vista now but I prefer the kids xp.

I like vista but you can't get it free I suggest buying the upgrade disk.
Downloading a fileshare program may lead to some major viruses, Trojans, spyware and worms. I charge $120 - 200 to remove such viruses and stuff and most places charge more. . . the upgrade is only about $100. . . . and filesharing programs such as vista is illegal and and punishable by law.

I've herd allot of bad things about vista, it will get better ones they come out with a couple fixes threw automatic updates.. I just downloaded a Vista transformation pack for my XP My system rocks no errors its fast and Tons of software for it.
