What is the best sunscreen to use? How do I know which sunscreen to choose? Which SPF would be best?

This usually depends on your skin type and the activity you will be doing during the day. I usually use spf 30 for my trips to the beach and such but use about a 15 for normal days. You might try talking to your dermatologist about what is best for your skin the next time you talk to her/him. Most brands work very well from me but I really like the California Baby sunscreen products even for myself since they are very gentle.
