Why can't I get into Yahoo mail?

I am in Tanzania, East Africa and have just gotten inet service. I can get to the Yahoo opening page but can seldom get into my email. The problem is not with my computer nor getting to the yahoo opening page; it is getting into email. Is there a solution? If not, I will need to research other providers.

Hi,

First you should try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache. Then, make sure you have cookies enabled at all.

Disable your popup blocker. Make sure that your firewall isn’t preventing the mail from opening.

If none of that works, I suggest you email Yahoo! customer support. It’s their job to help you!
