Stupid stupid friends

My best friend is also best friends with someone who I absolutely hate. The person I hate used to be good friends with my girlfriend until I finally couldn't take all the fights we got into over him and said we can't be together as long as you're his friend. We got into constant fights and it was just out of hand. Eliminateing him from the story would make everything much better and it has. So back to my best friend, she still talks to him and he'll walk up to who I hang out with [my girl friend there as well] just to purposely p*ss me off. It's just one of those things you can tell is going on but, they're not being too obvious. So I was talking to my best friend and I'm like look. I just can't stand him. He always talks about how much he misses my girlfriend and puts up pathetic layouts and display names on myspace. I hear it from her and I think that we just shouldn't be friends. I'm not going to make her choose between me or him. Even though I would be a much better canidate then him. All last school year all we had was drama with him. I want this year to go a lot more smoother without him.

So is it wrong for me not to want to be her friend?

Thats interesting. Ever consider calling a truce with this guy you hate so much? I wasn't really sure what was going on, he stole your girlfriend? I don't think you should stop being friends with your best friend because you don't like his or her friends. Try to plan activities with your friend outside of school.
