Is there a book that gathers all of the knowledge normal people should know
Like a little of history a little of art a little of mythology ...
You know general knowledge like the minimum limit of each subject
The if you know a good one please...

It's called the education system...and, people are always debating on what the cannon of knowledge should (or shouldn't) be, it also depends on where you are from. According to your location information on our site, you're not from the US...so, I don't know what your culture values the most (that's what your education system is supposed to teach you).

Um, also, its called Wikipedia. You can go there and get reasonable info on almost any topic.

Bottom line? You gotta read more. There are no shortcuts.

well it should but they make every thing boring and focus on stupid stuff
my problem is I don't know what should I read like if I focus in a subject to much I get the feeling am ignoring other ones that's why I asked the question

Ok, here's a more concrete example: The Bill of Rights, the first ten amendments to the constitution. Should you know it? Nope. Do you think it makes any sense to you? Again, it should not.

But, as an American...I'd be appalled if most people didn't learn about it For our culture, it's general knowledge...for yours, it shouldn't be anywhere in the curriculum.

I can come up with a dozen more examples, if you like...learning, like many other things, has many facets: one, is cultural. The other? Math, Science, Philosophy...I'd argue those are borderless. And, if your education system isn't giving you a foundation in those...try reading wikipedia.
